Deb-Lessard

Debbie Lessard has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 1982 with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from McGill University and an Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Concordia University (with a focus in Neuropsychology). She has worked in two different provinces, having started her career in Edmonton, Alberta and worked in a program for children with expressive and receptive language delays.

Throughout her work and travels, Debbie developed a keen interest in neurologically-based communication disorders, and worked at the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Center, before making the change to work in the area of Traumatic Brain Injury for the last 20 years.

When she is not working with her clients, you can find Debbie in her backyard digging and planting 🌿 something new or knocking down a wall somewhere in her house as she works on her latest renovation project.
