Laura has been with Spark since 2019. Starting as a Caregiver, then becoming a Care Partner and eventually the Manager of Care. Laura has an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavioural Psychology and is especially focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Laura believes in always taking the time to listen and genuinely empathize with clients and coworkers while offering a helping hand. Laura once ran a health food store and is passionate about mental health, social justice, and community advocacy.
Outside of work, Laura loves fostering cats with a local rescue, running a guild in her favourite video game 🎮, reading 📖, and gardening 👩🌾.
