Sebastian has an academic background 📚 in Social Work and Psychology from Carleton University and Sociology from the University of Calgary. He is an experienced Developmental/Behavioural Aide for children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum. Sebastian is also profoundly dedicated to supporting Canada’s senior populations. He has collaborated with Recreational Therapists and Occupational Therapists at the Brenda Strafford Foundation to promote the well-being of seniors with various complex needs.
Sebastian believes healthcare should be accessible to all of Canada’s vulnerable populations. His approach to helping others adopts an intersectional approach to consider how individuals may encounter barriers to accessing services. He is passionate about social justice and hopes to be a catalyst for positive social change.
During his free time, Sebastian enjoys playing soccer ⚽️, practicing yoga 🧘, and taking his dog 🐕 for walks to explore the city.
