Personal Support

Assistance with daily living for people dealing with the effects of aging, injury or illness. It may include help with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, medications) or light support around the home. Provided by a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW).

Fun and meaningful activities for children and youth with focused attention from a caregiver. Rest from the emotional demands of care for their parents and guardians. Respite can last for a few hours or a few days, at home or in the community.
