We built Spark on a vision of care done differently.

Through our experiences in the sector, we’d seen a lot of stress, frustration and burnout. From other healthcare providers and the families receiving care. The problem wasn’t with the people. It was with the system. So we decided to create our own.

Flexible service agreements

Healthcare is unpredictable. Why should you pay for a fixed term without knowing what will happen? At Spark, we offer a Service Agreement that includes no long-standing contracts. That way, you only pay for the work that's been done. We also offer e-signature, so you can easily sign documents from anywhere.

Flexible time requirements

We don’t have minimum or maximum time requirements. You can request the exact amount of hours you need and we’ll take care of the rest. No more stress over when someone will show up, who will show up, or even if they’ll show up.

Offered entirely by Spark as a complement to the services you’ll be receiving, your dedicated Care Partner acts as your single point of contact for all your caregiver coordination, feedback, administration, finance, and care goals. This way, your own staff can focus on what they do best, and you can focus on what matters most: the wellbeing of your clients.

Your clients matched with exceptional care providers

As an agency, you tell us what you need in a care provider. We’ll then match your organization with care providers from our pool of qualified and vetted candidates. Every Spark worker coming into your organization will have valid Standard First Aid + CPR (standard level C) and a criminal records check for the vulnerable sector. They’ll also have the necessary skills and experience to support your clients.
