Building Confidence, Connection,
and Everyday Skills

At Spark, we prioritize building positive, supportive environments where individuals and families can grow and thrive. Our compassionate team of therapists works closely with clients to nurture meaningful skills, boost independence, and help create a more confident, connected daily life.

Behavioural Therapy, also known as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), is an evidence-based approach that focuses on building practical, everyday skills and reducing behaviours that may hinder learning or quality of life. At Spark, we use ABA in a person-centred, gentle, and respectful way.

By applying core principles, such as positive reinforcement, prompting, and skill-shaping, we help individuals of all ages develop in areas that matter most to them. This can include communication and social skills, emotional and self regulation, motor and self-help skills, daily routines (e.g., sleep, eating, hygiene), or academic readiness.

From initial assessments to personalized developmental support, we take the time to match you and your family with the right therapist, ensuring care is not only tailored to your unique needs but also comfortable, collaborative, and rooted in trust.

Focus Areas:
  • Behavioural Support
  • Autism and Developmental Disability Support
  • Communication, Social, and Self-Help Skills
  • Emotional and Self Regulation
  • Independence and Daily Living Skills

Our Approach

We offer flexible, family-centred behavioural therapy that meets individuals where they are, whether at home, in the community, virtually, or in our centre.

Our team works closely with families to identify meaningful goals that promote real-life independence, confidence, and well-being. We also collaborate with other professionals in your child’s circle of care to ensure consistent, coordinated, and holistic support.

We are committed to improving the lives of individuals in need of behavioural support, including those living with autism (ASD), acquired brain injury (ABI), ADHD, anxiety, developmental disabilities, and other unique needs. Every care plan is personalized, inclusive, and designed to build on strengths.

With services guided by a qualified Behaviour Analyst, we work alongside families to build essential skills and support loved ones in becoming more independent, capable, and empowered to reach their full potential.
